How long will it take to produce my order?
Our embroidered products are embroidered to order in Sweden and it takes a few days to produce depending on our workload, however, usually, we are ahead of schedule. Once produced and shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation.
We give ourselves a maximum of 14 days to produce and ship your order. If there would be any delays you will be informed by email.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Sweden. Please be patient if you're ordering from outside of Sweden or EU, there can be delays due to procedures put in place due to covid or other major holidays.
Once the order is with the courier we are out of control.
Maintenance
Washing instructions: according to item description.
T-shirts: 30ºC - Wash inside out
Allow to airdry if possible, tumble on low heat only if no other options are available.
Lifting straps: Hand wash in cold water
Totebags: Hand wash
Returns & Refunds
Submit a contact form explaining your reason for a return/refund and we will get back to you in no time. Returns are Refunds will be assessed case by case, we reserve the right to decline a return or a refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tatakae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Tatakae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
